I would like to add, that Jim is also a very supportive and kind person with every person on this forum, encouraging the participation, answering the questions and explaining patienly even to the most timid and disoriented members of this community. Thank you, Jim. I hope you can contribute to this forum for a very long time.

I guess Jim is a gentleman of the highest degree and find his posts a joy to read albeit not that much on the ethnographic context (since I'm such a novice) but the civil, diplomatic, patient and scholarly manner he communicates in. A fine example of a fine human being...
