Surely a carving knife???

A. G. Maisey Member Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 6,990	No, definitely not a bowie, and I guess yes, some kind of carving knife---just not for use at table. I think the correct name is a gralloch knife---but I'm running on memory and could be wrong.
