Unlikely as it may seem, I think that Ian's answer is probably correct. Misplaced decimal points. Look for it to be re-listed.
Or is this a super-clever trick whereby it does not close and another buyer buys it for under $25 and then puts it on sale in his gallery with a printout of the first eBay auction showing it sold for 1899GBP and he will sell it at a bargain to some rich dumbo for only 1500GBP? Nah. But just in case it gets posted again, y'all may as well let me buy it. (Shhhhh) I would NEVER do that!

Obviously these were type Os the knife in question is a standard older Finnish puukko that normally sell for $50-75 on Ebay.Lew |
