A very nice Ngbandi spear. It is complete, the metal piece on the end is the butt.

Tim is quite right. This spear is complete. It's a thrusting spear used to pierce the wicker shield of the opponent. That's why the spearblade is so long.

Judging from the patina on the handle it's an old piece. Good find !
