Default Modern Art

I understand that what I show here is not going to be everyone’s cup of tea. This is by far the most “avant- garde” one in my collection. The relief is depicting Sri Kresna throwing his weapon (Chakra) to some sort of Buto/Raksasa.

Whether you like it or not, your comments are very welcome.

Well, this is sort of like opera for me. I can appreciate the great talent and the skill set, but i have no desire to actually listen to it. I do find it remarkable that it seems the pande was even able to present pamor on the keris that Sri Kresna is holding in the carving at the gandik. But no, this is not my thing and not the kind of stuff i personally collect keris for. But thanks for showing it.

Thank you for your comments David and I understand your point of view, although Keris is a living art, this one is pushing a bit the boundaries.

Yes the tiny keris has pamor, you have sharp eyes.
