Java or Bali pedang?

Well, it doesn't look Javanese to my eye, but i'm not sure i'm seeing this as Balinese either. For one thing i'm not sure i have ever seen a bird represented on a Balinese hilt. Are there any other possible origins for this. Maybe Lombok?

Thank you David! Lombok could be another possibility. I am very unsure.
