Just to be clear folks, the ONLY thing that can be discussed about a book on this forum page is the CONTENTS. NO information about where or how to obtain this book or how much it might cost is permitted on the main forums. This is information for a swap section post. If someone would like to start a post in Swap for this book that can list all such commercial information there. Thanks!
