Default Ottoman pala traslation please

A really nice pala ottoman sword with bronze scabbard. I was wondering about the meaning of the inscriptions. Thanks!

Sorry, I cannot help with the inscriptions, but is a really beautiful sword!
I believe it has a Wootz blade, which would benefit from a careful restoration.

Thank you Tatiana! I was informed by Nidal Siyam about the translation as follows.

Upper: A triumph from Allah and eminent conquest.
Below: There is no young man as Ali and no sword as Zul Fiqar
