Yes, it is Marrakech, most probably the date is 1306 (1888). The ram's head was added later.

Marc and Tatyana, thank you very much for your help. The 1306 (1888) date now makes sense, and I had not considered that the ram's head may be later than the original silver stamps on the fittings.
