Default Help with an unknown knife

Hello dear members,

Here is a to me unknown knife with a lock system, on the scabbard is an inscription, is someone able to translate it or know in which language/script it's written? 14 cm long inside the scabbard.

Thank you in advance for any help!

Blade looks like Tibet/Bhutan to me. I had a knife with a similar looking blade.

The writing is in arabic letters but the words look like nonsense to me.

My best guess is that this knife originates from a muslim central asian people, maybe Uyghur ?

It could also be Persian, Kurd, Ourdou, or something else but it seems less likely to me.

Caveat, I am not knowledgeable about central asian knives, my guess is fairly educated by the not arabic language word in arabic letters.

Thank you very much Snakeoveer! Now I know that the script is in Arabic letters and it is a good note regarding a Central Asian origin.

Detlef
