Polish enlisted mans cavalry sabre model 1917.
The scabbard is an incorrect replacement, as is the pommel screw cap.
Morawski i Ska (i Ska = & Company) is the maker of the handle. The blade should have its own maker's mark among others.
What are the markings on the blade?
