Are these swords hooks?

I believe that the first one belongs to a horse harness. No idea, what the second one is.

Talking of harness, I have a piece that can nearly be affirmed is Tibetan harness. The piece is one of a set, whole set includes three. See the first pic. The other pics are from Metropolis Museums.
