Hi Lee,
Lovely piece! Carved horn with silver is one of my favorite Luzon hilt styles. I agree with the age assessments provided by Sajen and Xasterix. I would say very late in the Spanish colonial period, and the scabbard suggests Central Luzon/Manila to me. |
