Hello, this is ayataghan, balkan i believe, with a blade in excavated condition. However traces of the silver inlay inscription remain, and i hope that are readable.

This is a slightly garbled version of the well-known Turkish couplet
Bu bıçağın darbından cümle düşman tarumar, İntikam alır aduvdan sanki Zülfikâr From this knifes blow the entire enemy is scattered, It takes revenge on the foe as if it were Zülfikar. |

Yes this is Balkan, perhaps even Bosnian, based on the shape of the hilt "ears".
