British sabre with ivory grip

I had one not unlike this (attached). It was either non-regulation or possibly a militia officers sword. I have one with a chequered ivory grip and lions head, but the hilt has acanthus leaves on the ferrule and knuckle guard.
The fuller goes pretty close to the point on the former.
