If this kind of work may be classified as filigree, here we have a silver Yemenite jannbyya; in this partcular case a work executed by local Jew silversmiths, judging by the author's signature in Temani dialect.

Not to forget that Portuguese filigree was and is a strong manual industry, specially in the Nort of the country.
Not necessarily in the shape of weapons but, still in the universe of miscellania

José, the ship (Caravel) is the motif that abunds in theses works; call it ex-libris.
Specially for you, a part of my friend's filigree collection.

just received my latest purchase; a small size filigree sword ( hančár ) or dagger (kama) made by an Albanian silversmith quite some decades ago. Full silver ( approx. 800 )
Total length 20 cm, grip and blade each 10 cm
