Hello Jaga,

The really nice keris mentioned by David may well be the most important one in Japan. I’d assume that the emperors must have received keris as gifts as well but don’t know if any are on display.

Sendai is pretty close to Fukoshima. If you dare the hike, make sure that the keris really is on display first!

I have visited a few museus in Japan but didn't see any keris... but plenty of katana swords...

Hmmm... I wonder why?!
