all come from the same place (Congo) and seem to have a certain age

Hmmm...……...so they are from the Congo, and the other clue is that they 'seem' to have a certain age. As the quiz seems to be 'essay' rather than multiple choice
![]() The others I do not have African references handy, but do seem to be Congo. As to age, it is always safe to say 19th c. but many of these were collected into 20th. Very attractive examples and nice Congo grouping. |

The third is definitely from the territory of the Congo. Short sword of people Kuba

Yes they are all from the Congo & a very nice trio.. Congo weapons are my favourites.
The first is a Salampasu People Sword from Southern Zaire also widely used by the Chokwe People. The second is a Mangbetu People Trumbash, as already identified by Jim. The third, as identified by Mahratt, is a Kuba People Knife called an IKUL. ( Peace Knife ) I can only hazard a rough guess for the age which is late 19th C to first half of the 20th C .
