THESE TYPES OF KNIFE IS OFTEN VERY DIFFICULT TO PIN DOWN AS IT MAY BE A ONE OF A KIND HOMEMADE ITEM. IT DOSEN'T FIT INTO MY FIELDS OF INTREST SO I CAN ONLY GUESS, IT STRIKES ME AS POSSIBLY FROM SOMEWHERE IN THE FORMER USSR, CAN'T REALLY SAY WHY BUT THATS MY BEST GUESS.
WELCOME TO THE FORUM WE DO HAVE A LOT OF FUN HERE AND LEARN QUITE A LOT ALSO.

This looks Chinese to my eye, particularly the tonkou.
