Very little doubt. Could be of European manufacture but certainly for the Islamic/Turkish market. The fluted barrel mouth is a bit of a give away I think.

This one is definitely Ottoman, both the forging and embellishment. Note the pentagonal form of the stamp-- and if Eftihis cares to provide a closeup, it will almost certainly reveal an Arabic mark as well.
