what you have there is a tombak (spear point) from Indonesia remounted as dagger. Search here with the key word "tombak". And you are correct, the blade is older as the dress. Pamor blade is also correct.

yes, not so far and maybe we will meet in future. I am not a really expert in regards to tombak but I think that it will be nearly impossible to pinpoint down an age for your tombak, it's not a masterpiece of work (sorry) so maybe also Alan wouldn't be able to do it. I would only add that the hilt is much later than the blade.
