Congratulations! is the handle rhino horn?

Nice Karud!
Artzi mentioned several times on this Forum that the way rhino-horn was cut for this particular handle indicates Bukharan origin. Am I quoting him correctly?
The blade is wonderful: real wootz, intact, elegant.
