Old knife ID (no longer in possesion)

been a while since I posted this but looking through reference materials (for nothing in specific) I saw something fairly similar to this (at least in the blade and scabbard)....Could this be a flyssa blade with a replacement handle?

ah ok, just making sure it can't match for anything else. such an odd handle. Really wish I could find this thing again.
