Hi Harry, Yes, and yes the book is worth getting hold of if you can pick it up. A good reference book though unless you know what an item is called it can take time to find it.

Thanks Stu. I just purchased a paperback copy from Amazon. I would have preferred a hardcover but the difference in price sure makes the paperback appealing! This author has another book, also on Amazon, with an almost identical title, except that it ends with "... All Countries and in All Times, with some closely related subjects". That book can be had for the price of a modest lunch. Does anyone know if this is a second edition, or if it is worth buying if you already have his other book? Thanks again!

The author of the site is a member although I don't believe he's been active for a while. I recommend the 1939 paper referenced at the bottom of his web article.
