Thank you Gio and Detlef and I am also considering your 2 opinions as the most probable ones.
My N° 1 guess was Sumbawa because of the style of decoration, size, and vicinity with Bali/ Lombok (balinese scabbard), however a specialized collector from Sumbawa did not confirm the Sumbawa origin.
If the pendok is from Sumatra, it should be East Sumatra (Riau Lingga or Jambi), or may be Aceh but the piece is very big and I never saw a similar one from these areas?
