Unknown blade with Arabic numerals.

ya figures on the tang .. the heart shape is Farsi for 5.

I thought these were Arabic numbers: 1 2 3 4...

I agree with the ID. But, if Persian, the point has been doinked with. They have a spear point.

The numbers are the serial number it reads 16746 and on the other side it read 15.
