For the moment, I have 2 copies of the book. Perhaps, I can get more.

Shipment to the US is 12,20 Euro (non-priority mail)

Shipment to Europe is 9,05 Euro (non-priority mail)

Other options (priority or registered mail) are possible, but more expensive.

And yes, I can accept paypal.

If interested, I will contact you with the necessary info.
