odd puukko #2

Picked up another strange puukko (I guess). Blade is about
3 inches, laminated steel, marked "El Gallo, Sweden". The
hard leather sheath is somewhat typical of puukko and
has a wood liner. Both knife handle and sheath marked with
a design I've seen on several Finnish Lap style puukko.

Maybe a commercial blade mounted as a hobby piece?
Any thoughts appreciated.
