Default Ottoman embroidery - inscriptionos translation and toughra ID

No a weapon I know, but here we got some profi translators (Dom, Zifir,..), so Im posting this here. It is a nice turkish emroidery tapestry from sil and bullion. It has inscriptions and tughra. I need a translation of the inscriptions and an ID for the toughra.

Thank you folks and HAPPY 2013 to all of you!

Very nice. I think the other script may be "Allah" though hard for me to determine in the sewing.

I love Ottoman tughras.

HAPPY 2013 too ...
but ... hard luck from our side ... it's seems to be in Turkish
may be "Zifir" will have more ability, in the meantime,
here's a link that lets you search for the "tughra" for your "Ottoman Sirma"

all the best

Hi Battara
very long argument with my "favorite" translator,
about what you seems have read, as well as me

but ... she is formal ... wrong transcription
it's not the Holy Name for God ...

all the best
