thank you for confirming my guess. Agree with you about the hilt but it is the first example I have seen where you still can see that it should be a dog head.

Still hope that Jose, Robert, Bangkaya, Dave (aka ThePepperSkull) or Migueldiaz can tell me more about this bolo.
