How old is this Talibong/Garab?

Agree with Kai that the blade seems very well made. What bother me is the handle. It look like painted with a tarnish of shellac and like it is not attached strong to the blade. Maybe a later replacement?

I have seen WWII pieces like this with this type of handle. It is WWII or after.

Neat looking piece! Congrats, think it is around 1910-1930 but other will give you a better opinion about the age.
