more information of this lance/spear or?

i think this is a Ceylon spearhead called "Patisthanaya" Similar examples can be found in this post:

Hi,
The birds look like peacocks to me. Have seen these type of spears (more in ceremonial use) in some temples, noble houses too mostly in southern India. Regards, Bhushan |
