Lew, looks pretty spot on for ID on these. When I first saw these, I began thinking of the Cretan daggers, but as I do not have that book with me I really couldnt place. What are the distinctions on the Cretan daggers? It seems like they also have the splayed pommel, but again cannot recall for sure.

I personally do not think they are from Trabzon - the spliced pommel was popular throughout Turkey and even in the Balkans. I am attaching two mid 20th century knives from North-Western Bulgaria with a spliced pommel and a kama with similar hilt decoration and blade markings, also found in Bulgaria. This is why pinpointing a specific place of origin in Turkey is hard.

They look Bosnian to me. My only doubt is the sheaths that look like some of the daggers I have from central Asia.
