Dear Michel AbdulRahman Van 't Hoff,
Really, excellent collections of Tropenmuseum. Thanks a lot, for your kindness. A couple of almost similar kerises you may see also at the collection of Museum Gajah, or National Museum of Jakarta in Indonesia. (Some of the Sumatran kerises now are exhibited at Singapore Civilization Museum, until October 2010. I think Kai Wee and Alamshah could tell us, the "Sumatran Exhibition" there too...) Really like to see the Tropenmuseum collection, soon.... GANJAWULUNG |

Dear Ganja,
No problem, your welcome. I hope the other forumites also like the big pics. Did you read my replie on Facebook? I wil send you my adress and phone number. The thing is maybe like other museums too, the Tropenmuseum only have maybe 1 to 2% of what they have on display in the museum. Personaly i totaly disslike that, but what have i to say about that? regards, Ab |

@ferry, thanks for the attention. With pleasure, I will share with you the fotos in Jakarta...
@Jean, yes, it was on my mind too. But due to my limited duration of stay in Holland this time (most of the time in Den Haag and Amsterdam), I am afraid I could not go there... Anyway, thanks for the info Jean. GANJAWULUNG |
