Thank you David. I think the woodcarving is probably just a headpiece from a piece of semi-cheap furniture, but I really lile the mix of European and Asian which so many ornaments from Madura display. I picked it up in some curio shop in Sarawak and I really enboy it. When I saw the crest on the Pendok I felt wanted to share this with you all.
To answer your other question, yes, I am interested in and have a modest collection of Keris. But my main focus these days are the arms of Atjeh, including, but not exlusively Keris.
