Scabbard shape I understand is known as BAKILI and probably the whole comes from Najran/Tiaz area of Yemen. This style is the one most seen in modern day pics.
The holes in the hilt would have held silver?? nails.
I agree with Lew re the age but that STILL makes it around 50 years old.
