Default a kukri for ID please

My friend gave me this old kukri with a broken handle.
I don't know much about kukris, so I figured you guys could help me out.
Looks like a similar shape to the "budhume" kukris? Too fat to be sirupate?

I'll be carving a new handle for it soon
as you can see the current one is broken.
