Papal death squad knife.
This knife is a Papal assassins knife. The Papal death priests carry them to protect themselves from the Devil and other heretics. They are derived from the Spanish inquisition.

That blade looks plenty serious...the handle is a bit toy-like though.

The blade is very serious. The chap selling it said it was taken from an Italian officer in ww2 He was one of the death priests I imagine, that became an officer in the army?

Tim ,
I noticed that the Papal Assassin's Dagger is without a scabbard... ..apparently they were too cumbersome and impractical....and were often discarded......I found an image that may explain why.... |
