Default Rather nice add on to my sewar collection

I've won a rather nice sewar by a German auction house. The fittings are from gold and silver. 35 cm without scabbard.

Very neat addition, Detlef!

An extremely nice sewar from the western coast of Sumatra. Some close-ups would be great once you receive it.

There ferrule seems to be suasa, right? Nice ensemble!

Regards,
Kai

Thank you Kai! Pictures will follow once I have it in my hands and it has received some maintenance.

The auction house speaks only of gold but I suspect the same, the ferrule looks like suassa.

Regards,
Detlef
