It is neither it is an original photo, as I mentioned form my photo collection.
The format is the so called CDV (Carte de Visite).
At the bottom you can see the name of the photographer in The Hague.
I have a small collection of these kind of photo's mainly of officers with the Dutch Military Order of William which is a military historic interest of mine (
www.mwo.6x.to). This prince had a double interest to me, the combination of interesting orders (not the aforementioned MWO) and the keris!
Judging from what I have seen on the websites this is a picture not published before.
