Default naga rangsang keris

Here are some photos of a straight blade naga rangsang keris of mine, I put it here purely because I personally have not seen many old keris with naga rangsang pamor and also would like to know your thoughts.

Very, very nice pamor.

What kind of stone are in pendok?
Is the handle bone or ivory?

The handle is made of bone and the stones I was told are yakut and rubies.

Nice Yogya keris. Lovely Putri Kinurung ukiran.
I like your warangka, very nice pattern and colour.
Unique pamor Naga Rangsang (aka Blarak Ngirid Sungsang).

Thanks for sharing.

Nice keris Pusaka. Like Alam Shah, i also like the dress. The wood is beautiful. I might question if the stones are really ruby. It is impossible to tell from the photos, but i think they might be garnet. This isn't to say that you were deceived. In some parts of the world they don't really distinguish between the two. Either way it makes for a nice ensemble.

Thanks for the comments I’m fond of that keris too!
Here is another of mine, also naga rangsang but obviously a new keris. The pamor layers are not as close as in the old blade.

Nice example of modern keris craft Pusaka.
While the pamor lines are not as close as in your older example, i dare say that this newer blade exhibits a much finer pamor control.
And again, i love the wood grain, this time on the hilt.

Give the maker a few years to refine his skills. They are both very nice keris

Congrats
