Default Inscription on Indian Mailshirt for ID.

My guess is this is that a 17th century indian mail short.
Inside the plate there is an inscription :Signature or what else ?
Any comment on it would be welcome.

Hi,
The first line of the devanagri inscription possibly reads ' Mah raja Shri Anup Singh '. The second line I cannot decipher.

May be ascribed to Maharaja Anup Singh of Bikaner 1669/1698.

Best,

ASingh

PS. Sorry for the double post
