Default Small Central African knife

Seeking information on this small African knife. Is this made for sale, possibly from an arrow tip? It’s a nice little piece - forged blade, asymmetrical like a lot of Central African knives I’ve handled. Wood hilt with two kinds of wire. Any idea what the place of origin/tribal affiliation might be?
