Default AFRICAN COPPER SPEARHEAD

I recently acquired this African copper spearhead and was wondering if it could be ceremonial or currency? It is 20.5 inches long. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

20 inches long is nice. Although copper is soft it could be used to stab a person. All depends on the thickness. Do you think this spear head is really up to the job? The copper spears and spear heads I have are clearly not fuctional weapons. I do have copper daggers that are obviously offence weapons.

Tim, I think it is not thick enough for stabbing, there is the risk to break it. I bought it believing it was used as currency. This is why I posted it, hoping someone enlightens me
