Austrian sword for identification and comment
Hi,

The handle is from a sword Briquet.

astute observation Multumesc.
At a closer look it really seems that the grip is modified from a common briquet. |

One wonders about the guard as well, it's rather roughly cast and not well finished. Hard to see but the tang nut looks to be modern?
