Default KASKARA WITH INSCRIPTIONS

Help please ... your views on this one. It is medium sized , 30'' long o/a with a blade length of 25.5 '' . The hilt is brass and it has this overall etched decoration. Any light shed on the script would be gratefully appreciated.
