Default Dagger Indentification

Hello friends!

Can you please lend me your expertise and help me identify this dagger?

My grandfather had bought it years ago at a flea market from a pile of junk... Now, this may be a reproduction. I'm not even sure what it's called. I've done some research and have come across what is known as a misercorde. Do you guys believe it could be the real deal or is it junk?

Thanks guys!
