Default RENCONG SCABBARD - translation request

Inspired by Gustav's splendid sikin, I found that I still have some pictures of a rencong scabbard with inscription.

Hopefully this will be something ledgible.

Best regards,
Willem

One person who might be able to translate the jaws is out of commission temporarily.

I must agree Willem - not an original (or traditional) hilt.

Hi Willem,

The first sentence is legible enough to be translated. It reads :

"Sarung sikin (?) Tengku Fishar" or "Sikin (?) sheath of Tengku Fishar (Fashar?)"

I hope this helps. I could not make up the second sentence though.
