Default Iron Ring Thing.

Salaams all ~ Odd bit of kit? Iron ring with a boxlock integral in the design The bangle hinged. Geometric decoration. Omani. Old. Ideas ?

Salaams all ~Well it turns out to be a primitive securing lock for a fort armoury of abu futtilla long guns....one per weapon... It was a new one on me ... probably circa 17th C. Oman.
