Gaucho Knife
I have told myself that I should not buy one more Gaucho knife. I have already 20 of them and there are so many other blades that I am interested in... Well, like Oscar Wilde once said: The best way to take care of temptations is to fall for them". and I did...
This one just cost pocket money so maybe I can be excused... so now I am waiting on a parcel... Best, Stefan |

Hombre,
I'm very pleased you saw that one before I did! Otherwise, I too might have bought something I don't need too. I like this knife and sheath. Obviously from Argentina (it says so on the blade) and in a familiar commercial style. I would really like to see clearer pics of the marks at the mouth of the sheath. There appears to be a maker's mark (I can again make out Argentina), but to the left of that there seems to be more letters that might be silver marks. It would be very nice if the "gold" turned out to be a gold wash over silver, but that is probably wishful thinking. Nice cuchillo. Ian P.S. JU-CA Cuchillos Tandilenses are still making knives and have a Facebook page. Last edited by Ian; 5th May 2021 at 07:32 AM. Reason: Added web link |

Ian, thank you very much!
Hopefully I will get it tomorrow and then I will try to take better pictures and hopefully I will find silver marks on it... Best, Stefan |
